Broadwing LLC (“Broadwing,” “we”) operates the website at broadwing.io. This page explains what we collect when you use the site and how we use it.

Contact form. If you submit the form on /connect/, we receive the fields you provide (such as name, email, company, topic, and message). Submissions are delivered by email through our form relay provider (Web3Forms) to a Broadwing team inbox. Bot protection may use hCaptcha; that provider processes the captcha interaction according to its own terms.

Logs and infrastructure. Our hosting provider (Amazon CloudFront / S3) may process standard request logs (IP address, user agent, URL, timestamps) for security, reliability, and operations.

Analytics. We may add privacy-respecting analytics in the future. If we do, this page will be updated to describe cookies or similar technologies in use.

How we use information

Form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and operate our business relationship with you. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Inquiry emails are retained in our business email systems under ordinary business practices. Hosting logs follow our provider’s retention settings.
